This ranking confirms the long-term strength of the Telekom brand in the labour market, as well as the high level of employee satisfaction.
This year, as many as 18 companies were evaluated in the IT and telecommunications category, with Slovak Telekom building on its previous successes and once again demonstrating that it ranks among the most attractive and trusted employers in the technology sector.

This success is not just a trophy – it confirms that a culture built on respect, support and fairness has real value. At the same time, it motivates us to continue building an environment where everyone can grow, feel accepted and be themselves,” said Jitka Adámková, Chief People, Law and Integrity Officer at Slovak Telekom and T-Mobile Czech Republic.
Over the past year, Slovak Telekom has further strengthened its focus on authentic corporate culture through the initiative “At Téčko, we can be ourselves”. As part of this, the company supported the career development of women and parents, as well as the value of mutual respect in a multicultural environment, with employees from more than 25 nationalities. Strong emphasis was also placed on talent development, education, wellbeing, and transparent communication.
